Scope before promises.
The website explains available services and starting investments. A final proposal, coaching agreement, travel scope, workshop agreement, or service confirmation controls the actual engagement.
Coaching and education
SMB provides performance coaching, training, bodywork within professional scope, strategy, and non-medical education. SMB does not diagnose disease, prescribe or dispense medication, provide injection instruction, or replace licensed medical care. Results vary with the client, starting point, adherence, health status, schedule, and other factors; no physiological outcome is guaranteed.
Payments
Published fixed-price individual services may be purchased through SMB's Stripe-hosted checkout links. Payment confirms purchase of the selected service, not an appointment date or time; SMB follows with intake and scheduling steps. Private Coaching, travel, corporate work, workshops, and other custom scopes are confirmed before a custom payment link or invoice is issued. Listed Private Coaching installment amounts are separate payment options, have a different total, and require their own approved invoicing schedule until a true three-payment workflow is connected. Third-party financing, if offered, is subject to the provider's approval and terms.
Refunds and satisfaction commitments
Any refund, cancellation, rescheduling, or satisfaction commitment must be stated in the signed agreement or service confirmation. The website does not create a blanket refund right by itself. This prevents an undefined promise from conflicting with services already delivered, third-party expenses, travel reservations, or customized work.
Business documentation and taxes
SMB can provide invoices and receipts to a person or business. SMB does not determine whether an expense is deductible. Tax treatment depends on the facts; personal expenses are generally not business deductions. Ask a qualified tax professional whether a specific engagement is ordinary, necessary, and eligible for the intended treatment.
DEXA and third parties
DEXA-location links lead to independent providers. Unless an SMB agreement expressly says otherwise, scan fees are paid directly to the testing provider. Availability, suitability, medical screening, radiation questions, report format, cancellations, and provider services are governed by that provider. Possible or confirmed pregnancy requires provider and appropriate medical guidance before an elective scan.
Couples and group readiness
For a paid couples or small-group physical service, every adult participant must complete their own private readiness intake before scheduling or physical delivery. The purchaser may see completion status only and must not complete, forward, or attempt to access another participant's form. Submission is not medical clearance. SMB may pause or modify physical participation for private human review and may direct a participant to the appropriate licensed provider when the service falls outside SMB's scope.
Travel
Client-requested travel begins with the stated professional engagement minimum. Travel expenses and the $500 opportunity fee for each required travel day are additional. Final scope, deliverables, dates, travel requirements, and total investment are confirmed before booking.
